Each item is uniquely crafted, and due to the sensitive and personalized nature of our products, we request you to carefully review the following policy before initiating any return, exchange, or refund.
While we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction, returns or exchanges will only be entertained under specific conditions. We reserve the right to decline any return, exchange, or refund request if it does not meet the criteria mentioned below.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange:
Accepted only if:
The product is damaged during transit, or
You have received an incorrect item.
A video recording of the package opening is mandatory to validate and process any return/exchange request. Without this, we cannot evaluate the claim.
Request Window:
You must raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order.
The product must be returned in original condition, along with its certification and packaging.
Any tampering or damage to the product or certificate will result in rejection of the return.
Exclusions (Non-returnable Categories):
Unless damaged upon delivery, the following items are not eligible for return:
Customised jewellery
Beaded bracelets
Crystal trees
Rakhi items
Orders received exactly as placed
Gift cards
Any wearable item with personalized sizing or custom requests
Note: Due to the risk of counterfeiting, we cannot accept returns for certain product types. Please connect with our support team before purchasing if you have doubts regarding return eligibility.
We encourage you to verify gemstone authenticity at a government-approved gemological institute (ISO certified or internationally reputed). If a gemstone is certified as synthetic or artificial, you are eligible for a 100% refund, exchange, or return.
Courier charges, VAT, and duties are non-refundable.
We do not arrange pick-ups for returns. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us.
All return shipping costs must be borne by the customer and are not reimbursed or credited.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10–12 working days, subject to banking timelines and holidays.
You will receive an email notification once your return is received and inspected. If approved, we will initiate the refund. We do not issue refunds to any account other than the original source of payment.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
Additional verification may be required (e.g., PAN Card) for refunds above ₹2,00,000.
You must submit your bank details, such as a cancelled cheque or passbook copy.
Your refund will only be processed if these details match the original order information.
Prepaid Orders:
Refunds for Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking payments will reflect in your account within 5–7 working days after approval.
Note: Delays due to banking issues, technical errors, or third-party services are beyond our control, and we request your patience during such instances.
Orders, once placed, cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Change of mind
Minor imperfections or packaging damage
Slight variations in size, shape, or colour due to screen display or product uniqueness
We recommend reviewing product details, size charts, and images before placing your order.
Products marked under “Sale” or offered at a discounted price are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
For valid return cases, refunds for international orders will be processed within 40–45 days to the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for custom duties, VAT, and taxes in their respective countries.
If the shipment is refused or cancelled post-dispatch, all applicable charges will be deducted before issuing a refund.
Important: You are responsible for providing accurate product and pricing details on the return shipment for customs clearance. Failure to comply may result in return rejection.
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. You must email us within 7 days of receiving the item at support@jyotishiwala.shop.

Note: A video proof of unboxing is mandatory for exchange requests.
If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the returned product is received.
If not marked as a gift or sent via the purchaser, refunds will be issued to the original buyer only.
